Isn't he a handsome boy?

All alone

Adam had to go to schooling for his job
He be gone all week :-(
What to do with that time all alone
Did not sleep good at all without my honey

Busy morning
Went to bale the last 2 bale of hay Adam did not get done
Took a quick shower
Justin had me the perfect nutella German pancake
Feed and watered flowers outside
Still got to go to town to pay bills and hopefully if I have time take the baler of the tractor, put the mower on and cut some more grass
There are 3 more waterways and one more cornfield that has grass around it to be cut
It wont be high quality hay but with this drought it's better then none
On top of this all the tractor got a flat/ slow leak and it'd one of the big tires
So now I have to fill the tire with sir every time I want to use the tractor

That big tire holds lot of air and it seems to take forever till its full

Life, friends and family

Life has changed much in the last years
We moved couple years ago
Even though some people say I moved to run away it's the compleat opposite
I moved to start a new life and sometime taking a step back and going another direction helps
I know some of the bad is still out there and (thanks to the Internet) still has to hate and bug me every so often
Sadly I have to say that I don't have any very close friends
You know the type you can tell everything too
Honestly I don't know if I really want that close of a friend
Last time that did not turn out so good
Other friends that I meet since then are friends but even though I did share a lot with some none ever came that close, I don't think I will share any and everything with another friend again
I found out that secrets should not be shared and if it comes down to it things you share will get used agains you
Don't think I want to give any friend that much power over me ever again

Think I just stick to my family
Things changed so much
Can't hardly believe that the last years BEFORE the move was just hell and thought it would never ever get better
But we did it, with the move we turned this around and been better then ever
It took a lot of tears, sleepless nights and everyday give and take

Love is a funny thing but when you find your soulmate, that one that understand and would give everything you can do anything together

Kevin, my oldest has a son (see picture) now and is getting married next month
The 3 still with us at home did fine with the move and found friends here
We both work and work even more on our farm and horses
Adam found friends and "works" on Mark's farm
Mark's farm is where we cut and bale hay and where we ride
I plan to go to trail rides but it's been just to hot to travel with the horses
As soon as I can I want to go to Blue and Gray park and maybe one day I can take the horses to Colorado or somewhere into the mountains to ride
Till then I just ride around here
Justin, my youngest, rides with me sometimes or I got friend come out
Life is good, not claiming its perfect but I an very happy
I got a great family, great horses and a hubby that loves me :-)
What could be better then that?

I got my husband to ride with me today
He took the tree-cutters so he could clear some branches in the creek crossings
Horses are the gaited mares Fleck and Peppermint

Sir Lancelot got new shoes today
One picture he had one done and one left to go

Today's ride

Went on a short trail ride down the road so Justin can try out his new gelding Lancelot
Even though I told him to put on his helmet he must forgot so the ride was cut short
No helmet=no ride

Justin ride Lancelot for the first time since we got him home
I think the pictures turned out very well
He is such a handsome horse
