For better or worse
Yesterday I seen a quote that went something close to
It never can stay the same
It always changes ether for the better or worse
Thought about this one for a long time
If applied to the future then it's still up somewhat to the person to make it for the better
But sometimes at what price
You can make your future better but the person gets worse
Yes I seen a lot if that lately
People using people to get what they want, having friends or boyfriend that gives them what they want and then dump them for they found one that has more or is dump enough to give them there last shirt of there back
Using other people as stepping stones to get higher and leaving there friends left behind in the dirt
Using people to get something for free
And lying about people to give them a rush
Life?? It's learning from the past
Forgive but never forget
Change your life for the better but be careful that you don't change for the worse in doing so
Don't use people, let go and keep dancing :-)

Easy easy peach cake or crisp
I made this the other day its so easy with no dishes to clean
1 can of peaches with juice( I used fresh peaches sliced and cooked)
Put in square brownie dish or deep pie dish , size depends if you like it crispy or more gooey, make sure fruit is covert with juice or put a little more water in it
Mix in 1/2 cup sugar ( made it s little to sweet for me so I leave it out)
Poor over that a dry ( yes just the dry mix, not mixed) yellow or white cake mix
Poke some bigger holes in it to let juice out once cooking
Cut slices and put one stick of margarine or butter on top
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of sugar
That is
For more gooey cake bake 20 min
For crisp bake 30 min till golden brown and crispy
At 350F
Eat warm or cold
Good with ice cream too

Great day
It's is hot but been a good day
I am off today, had to go to town to the bank
Then took care of the horses and such
They all got hosed down
Fleck loves to get sprayed with the water, once done with one side she will turn around so you can get the other side :-)
Cleaning house and some people came out to see Blue, my mare, that I have for sale
They jumped on her bareback and rode her around with just a rope halter
She quite did not get the ropehalter thing but once I put the bridle on her with the D-ring snaffle she is used to she did everything they asked of her
She sure is a good girl
Later there is a small estate auction I want to go to
Adam will hopefully get off in time
Dinner and nice time spend with him would be nice
Wish it would cool off just a bit so we can go to the Blue and Gray park to ride trough the woods
We will take fleck and peppermint our two gaited mares and Blue if she is not sold by then

talk? Flights go quicker if you strike up a conversation with your fellow
passenger."
The little girl, who had just started to read her book,replied "What would
you want to talk about?"
" Oh, I don't know," said Bill "How about why there is no GOD,
or no Heaven or Hell, or no life after death?" as he smiled smugly.
"OK," she said. "Those could be interesting topics but let me
ask you a question first. A horse, a cow, and a deer all eat the same stuff -
grass. Yet a deer excretes little pellets, while a cow turns
out a flat patty, but a horse produces clumps. Why do you suppose that
is?"

says, "Hmmm, I have no idea.."

Over the years
I had a lot of horse friend over the years
Some came and went
Some are still my friends over the years and some back-stabed me or done my wrong
One thought she was better then anybody else, said her horses were better since she was going to show them, her stallion was shown once and then got hurt but he was something special since she was going to show his foals, well long story short: she never did and the couple of his foals she did keep and now mid-age and not even broke
She thought pedigree was everything and a horse with a less good pedigree was just not good enough to breed no matter how good the horse was,
Horses that breed had to have a show record but the funny thing is hers that she breed did not have that nether
And she justified breeding them none show horses with that she would show them foals, again what she never did
She even called my best producing mare a nag
I, myself think that you can't ride papers
Papers are good to have and don't get me wrong my breeding horses have papers but it's funny that my best ridding horses don't
I had horses with a big show record and points that were not worth anything in my opinion for they had bad bad personalities and were horses I would never ever train to ride
Some with excellent pedigrees that produced nothing nice or good and horses with papers but no good pedigree to speak of and there foals were the best most easy to train foals
I take a good grade horse anytime over a rank world champion
I so learned over the years
The pedigree should tell you what a horse "should" be
Your eyes and heart tell you what a horses really is

Awesome
Went to visit with my friend Brandii today
We went trail riding trough the woods
She is do lucky to live right on the side of the saddle club and can use there trail
Was a blast riding grouch the hills, creeks and over logs and was quite different from the flat terrain I am used to
Lilly went to her new home and I came home with "peppermint" our new very gaited trail horse
It's great when a trade works out perfect for both party's
Picture below is Brandii leading the way on her gelding
And the ears of Peppermint and a face picture of my minty girl
